Hotel Reservation and Payment

Hotel accommodation in London can be reserved at reduced rates through our appointed hotel reservation company Expotel. Only bookings made through Expotel in advance will secure these rates. All rates quoted on the hotel listings are per room per night and inclusive of 17.5% and service.

We advise you to book as early as possible to secure accommodation of your choice.

Hotel Payment / Conditions

Please note credit card details are required by the hotel to complete your booking. In order to secure your reservation, your credit card will be charged with a deposit equivalent to the value of the first night’s accommodation. If you need to cancel, and do so within the cancellation deadline shown on your confirmation, this sum will be refunded in full. For group bookings full pre payment may be required, this will be advised at the time of booking.

Participants are strongly advised to take out cancellation insurance.
