European Academy of Dermatology & Venereology, EXHIBITION 2005

Stand bookings for the European Academy of Dermatology & Venereology 14th Congress will be accepted from 09:00 on Monday 24th January 2005. We anticipate that demand for exhibition space will be high, so in order to avoid disappointment, please fax or post/courier your form as soon as possible. Please do not fax before this time as it will not be operational. We regret that bookings cannot be made via email or by telephone.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The meeting will be held at the ExCeL Exhibition and Conference Centre, London. Further information about the venue can be found at www.excel-london.co.uk. An exhibition plan is attached for your information. The exhibition will be located in Halls S1 to S7, with the main plenary sessions being held in the Hall N3 (as indicated on the plan); the Conference centre (situated above the central boulevard and the Waterfront rooms (accessed via the southern exits indicated at the bottom of the exhibition plan). The poster exhibition and storage will be situated within Hall S1. The registration area will be within the entrance indicated S2. The exhibition has been carefully designed to ensure maximum usage of the space given and we encourage good circulation throughout the exhibition area.

The Congress and Exhibition will both take place in the London Docklands ExCeL Centre. Located in East London, it can be easily reached in twenty minutes from Central London using the Jubilee Line and the Docklands Light Railway. Located only three minutes away, London City Airport provides access to 22 major European destinations. ExCeL also provides over 5,000 parking spaces and is served by a major new highway system.

PRELIMINARY EXHIBITION SCHEDULE

RENTAL RATES

Rate per square metre:

• Space only: € 650.00 / m²
• Shell module: € 700.00 / m²

+ VAT (17.5%) applicable to all companies

SHELL SCHEME

Stands open on three sides will be provided with a back wall only. Should an exhibitor request an additional sidewall, this can be erected at no extra cost if ordered in advance. On-site requests will be charged for. Corner sites will be open on two sides unless specifically requested otherwise and approved by the Organisers. Shell Scheme package includes shell scheme with 1 table, 3 chairs, fascia panel, carpet, 1 500watt socket and 2 spotlights. Further details will be made available in the Exhibition manual at a later date.

BOOKING

If all of your space choices have already been booked, we will contact you by telephone to arrange a new site, therefore please ensure that we have the correct contact number for you. Otherwise, your space choice will be provisionally reserved and an invoice for the non-refundable deposit will be issued. The balance of the total cost will be invoiced on 1st April 2005. Please note that by booking an exhibition stand you agree to abide to the terms and conditions as established by the EADV 2005 Congress Secretariat.

HOSPITALITY AND SATELLITE SYMPOSIA

There will be the possibility of hiring hospitality suites and holding satellite symposia at the meeting. Further information will be sent once your stand space booking is confirmed.

Further information on all the sponsorship opportunities offered by the EADV Congress organisers and within the ExCeL venue will be distributed at a later date.
